Timing

From the moment the goods are assigned in general, they arrive to the recipient after 2-4 working days throughout Italy including the islands. In other countries the goods arrive from 7 to 15 days depending on whether they are EU or non-EU countries.

It has already happened that for cases of particular holidays or problems with the Post Office the parcel has been delivered after one month, but these are rare cases. To facilitate delivery, we write the complete address on the package, also indicating your telephone number where you can call for any problems. Please provide mainly the mobile, where you are certainly available.

Do not expect the postman to call before delivery, the telephone number only serves in some special cases. The call alert is a service that you pay separately and we are not affiliated with the Post Office for this service.
If the postman finds the house and you are not there to pick up the package do not call you. The postman will attempt delivery only once, after which the parcel returns to the post office, you will have to pick it up.

ATTENTION: it often happens that the name on the order does not coincide with the name on the intercom, in this case the postman can not leave the postcard and the package is sent back directly to the sender, without making the stock.
When the parcel is delivered to the Post Office we will send you an e-mail containing the registered number and the date in order to be able to give you an account of the orientation day of arrival.

If the package should be delayed from the time of shipment, it is your responsibility to check in the mailbox if the postman has left the postcard informing you that he has come and has not found you and the parcel is in storage at the local post office .

Or, in case of an anomalous delay, more if you have given a delivery address different from that of the sender, try to call or go to your post office and ask if there is a package for you.

If the package returns back to the sender, the transaction is contractually concluded. To receive the goods again you will have to pay the shipping costs.

The company reserves the right to assert the contract law (read contractual clauses).
